The costumer may return the order after the shipment or delivery in case of any of the following reasons:

  In case of damaged or defective products in the order.

  The wrong item was delivered

  In case the product delivered is not as shown on the site. The communication shall be done within 24 hours after receiving the product. Our Costumer Service Team will get in contact with you and take an appropriate decision.

   Address given was not correct and the costumer could not be found


Conditions:

The returnand refund request shall be informed by email or call. Make sure to inform allthe needed details to our customer care team

  Ourteam will evaluate the situation and guide you though the process

  Cancellations will only be taken in consideration when the request is made within 48 hours after the product order. In case the product had already been shipped, cancellation request can not be approved or must attend one of the after shipment cancellation reasons according to our policy.

   The returned order must contain all the accessories of the product.

   The money refund shall be proceed only after the product return is received by the Merchant and approved.

   Make sure that the returned order is well and carefully packed.

   Send the packet by courier on the mentioned address of the bill,courier charges be are by the Seller.
